Also the option to make it visible or not like weapons and head gear
regarding status, well... having more status would be nice
the 'back' slot for capes could be placed above the 'soul crystal'

Not that I mind having a cape or something but I don't think they need a new slot. They can just fit into the neck slot as a glamour item, the necklace stuff we have now are mostly chokers anyway.

I believe this will be added when support for PS3 is dropped, i believe that is the only reason capes aren't ingame at the moment.

Dropping PS3 support will make a lot of people unhappy, are they really hard to implement ?

No to capes for the neck slot, but an additional slot for capes would be cool indeed, as long as the additional gear won't cause game imbalances...
