Beastmen Daily quests allowance not resetting

For three days in a row the allowances for beastmen daily quests have not reset, remaining at 0 after I used all of them on 01/01/2016 before the daily reset at 15:00 GMT.

In-Game Support asked me to open a thread reporting the bug.

Time: Ongoing

Frequency: Persistent

World name: Ragnarok

Character name: Odjn Thauran

NPC name: Any of the Beastmen Daily Quests issuer

Class/Level: Any eligible (DRG 60/WAR60 are the two main options)

Party or solo: Solo

ISP: TIM ADSL
Type of internet connection: DSL

Steps:
After the reset time at 15:00 GMT for three days in a row, the NPCs that give beastmen daily quests appear locked as if missing some requirements. Upon talking to them the daily allowances are reported at 0.

This happened to me once before because one had not actually been turned in. Have you verified there aren't any still open in your Journal?
