Recently I started playing on PC. I just wanted to know if it's possible to transfer UI settings/hotbars/ macros and such from PS4 to PC via USB storage. Can it be done?

Recently I started playing on PC. I just wanted to know if it's possible to transfer UI settings/hotbars/ macros and such from PS4 to PC via USB storage. Can it be done?
You can save (backup) the save data from PS4 on usb storage but you won't be able to use it on PC cause the data is encrypted.
