So I bought my first house (plot of land), where do I get a building permit?

Well I'm so excited, I might be missing some important info. I cant seem to find the NPC that sells the building permit. I tried all the NPCs at the housing supplier section of the ward, but none seem to have a building permit... Arent they like 300,000g or something? Please halp!

It should be an option on the plot of land itself (it's been a while so I can't remember exactly, but I think it's in the estate hall section?) Also, check the AH too, sometimes they're listed there for cheaper, since you get the permit back if you ever reclaim the house. Congratulations :3

I found out how to do it, and thanks! Apparently the housing merchant NPC doesnt sell them anymore, so I bought one off of my housing menu in my UI....
