Texture Mod support for 4k textures.

I think it would be really cool if there were a file option to replace existing textures for the game. That way players can mess with the textures with texture mods. Texture mods wouldn't mess or break the game or give any player an advantage in game.

I think it would greatly extend the games life actually.
