Random freezes/crashes upon teleporting and in certain instances

Ever since 3.0 was released, I seem to have a problem of freezing and possibly crashing whenever I teleport somewhere or enter a duty. Sometimes the freeze is just for several seconds and other times the freeze is so long that I either get a 9001 error (where I can easily log back in) or the entire game crashes and I get the standard "this program encountered a problem error". My specs are as follows

Windows 10
Nvidia GTX 960
AMD FX 8310 @3.4 GHz

All drivers are up to date.
