Major "Tabbing" Issues
So last night my client started to behave in an odd yet severe manner. I noticed that doing any sort of tabbing, whether it be Shift + Tab for Steam, or Alt + Tabbing back into the game, would cause my character to jump once. Furthermore, anytime I attempt to fly in any HW zones, my character will always fly upwards with no way of moving down. (unless I open up a menu/map, in which case, I can only fly down with no way of moving any other direction) as well as any time I open a map/certain menus, the pointer icon stays on one button, and I cannot click on or select any other buttons until I close the said menu/map. This led me to believe that for some reason, my client/computer was always believing that my spacebar was being held down.
Now, I've tried everything to remedy this. I've restarted the client, restarted my computer, used a different keyboard/mouse, had my girlfriend and I log on in each other's computers (Which my client/computer caused the same issue for her), rollback Windows 10 to a previous build (2+ days ago), and now I've reformatted Windows 10 and it's still giving me the same issue. The only thing I haven't done is wipe my entire computer clean and reinstall Windows 10 and every single driver manually all over again, which is something I hope I don't have to do.
Any help on this would be appreciated guys. Thanks.

Just to make sure it's not something super simple...
Do you have a controller plugged in? Make sure it's not on the ground with a stick being held down or something.

It was, since I thought of unplugging it in the morning, even though it was lying face up on the center of my desk with nothing hindering it. When I did it stopped acting up, and started acting up when I plugged it back in. So clearly, I have a defective Xbox 360 PC controller. Oh well.
Thanks again!

Used to get a lot of drift on my old PS2 controllers. Sometimes you can get lucky and offset it by calibrating it in the properties of the Windows controller snap-in. Mileage will vary depending on how bad off it has gotten.
Run joy.cpl from Search/Run box, then go to the properties for your controller to see the testing page. Click the Settings tab and you will have a button to calibrate it. Makes you walk through to set the idle center, range of motion, etc.
