Change the Desynthesis cap

It is great that Desynthesis has gotten easier, but the cap on Desynth skills is a bummer for those of us who enjoy desynthing.

One of the great selling points of FFXIV is being able to do everything with one char. Bad enough the specialist system was introduced for DoH, doing away with this in the crafting realm. At the very least drop the cap for desynthesis now (or considerably increase it while letting us pick what skills to lower if we raise one when capping). Would not create any imbalances in game play but remove a considerable and totally needless hassle for lovers of Desynthesis.

I could get behind this. I recently blew through all the fish my retainers have brought me over the last few months but I really would like to level desynth on other classes too :/
