Missing bonus exp from Duty Roulette bonuses

In-game time: Around 11am?
Area and coordinates: The Bowl of Embers (Hard)
Steps:
1. Logged in.
2. Ran Duty Roulette: Trials
3. Upon completion of the Duty Roulette, Bonus exp was not received.

This has been happening with the Leveling roulette as well, but I should be receiving more exp than normal. It even says in the chat that I should be receiving X amount of exp, yet my exp bar shows otherwise.

Uh, I see that you earned the EXP bonus clearly.

The message that says "A bonus of X exp" always appears AFTER the awarded EXP.

If this were a duty that normally also just awarded EXP, then you would see TWO EXP gains, and then the message.

Is it stupid? Yes. But you got your exp.
