Why did you choose your clan?

So we all know the five six races of Eorzea are each divided into two clans, which are technically different by the physical/mental stat distributions..but also visually different (some moreso than others).

So what is your clan and why did you choose your clan?

The eyes, only real reason I switched from plains to dunesfolk

The clan that fit my look from XI the best. Spent way to long seeing my main like that, anything else just seems odd.

(alts I do mix-match to change it up however lol)

I chose Duskwight because, by their base description, their lore sounded more interesting than the Gridanian Wildwoods.

And then I played the game and realized: what lore?

I'm not going to change to a Wildwood, but I'd like some development eventually. Possibly? Please?

I was originally a Keeper of the Moon, because I liked the colour palette better, the societal nuances were interesting, nocturnal life is great (even if it doesn't really show), and fangs>all. In a very strange way, it's all small and subtle connections to my WoW characters.

Currently a Xaela, again for the colour palette, but I do like the way Xaela culture works and how varied it can be (from what little we know about it).

The face I liked best was exclusive to the clan. Plus my city-state and grand company are Limsa Lominsa so it was more fitting.

I didn't want to be green.

Though I would have liked the Keeper eyes instead, I've been identical other then a haircut since 1.0 so I am used to it now :3

I'd like to have fangs as well of course, but...oh well, can't have it all. At least my tail is allowed to be long by now. I got all kinds of jelly back in the days when that wasn't the case.
