Completed pre-req but not being offered the main quest "divine intervention"

I just completed the quest " A Reward Long in Coming" and was not offered a follow up main story quest. I looked it up on the wiki and apparently "divine intervention" is the next quest and should be available at my level and offered by "house fortemps steward". He is not offering me any quest even though I completed the previous quest ("A Reward Long in Coming" shows in my completed log").

Please advise, can't progress.

Two pre-req's for it. Have you also completed Knights Be Not Proud

I don't know if I've done that one yet or not...will check when I get home. I don't have any active main story quest in my journal, so maybe I deleted it on accident.
