Company Leves not rewarding correct seal bonus for Foundation Day.

I've been completing these leves in order to farm more seals and the bonus seals I received are incorrect or sometimes I received no bonus at all. The in-game messages even specify that seal rewards are increased by two-fold for Foundation Day.

I have completed over 10 company leves at Camp Bald Knoll from NPC Sternn. He offers leves that offer a reward of 60 Storm Seals upon completion. Successfully completing these leves only rewarded me a bonus of 20 bonus seals in addition to the 60 seals. No bonus seals were given on 2 occurrences but I was rewarded the initial 60 seals.

These are level 40 company leves and I have been completing them as level 50 THM on 1 star difficulty. I assume that my level should only affect me in reduced exp gain and the rewards should not be affected as stated in the warning message at the start.
