A4S progression Static LF Whm or Sch

Looking to replace one of our healers who had to leave due to real life stuff. Other healer is flexible. We just cleared A3S for the first time last week. Please have similar experience. We're willing to work with someone if you haven't cleared A3S but we also don't want to do a lot of teaching, last phase experience preferred.
