my house was demolished while I'm online

Hello, Like what i write in the topic, I was taking break from FFxiv for a while, and my friend told me all houses will be demolish after 48 Hour .. And i joined the game and teleport to my Free company then teleport back to my house just i wanna check if it still my house or not, and i was still mine and my name still in the board .. I Entered the house to check if everything is ok? and i saw everything inside like what was before.
I afked there for maybe 4 or 5 hours then I went to my work, after 12 hour maybe i joined again and it wasn't my house anymore .. i send report a bug at the game no one answer me, after 14 hour i send anther one again and no answer, after anther 12 hour without anything i send report harassment and i got answer saying :

I wonder if your house was actually marked for demolition but is apart of the bug that's stopping relinquishing on some plots. That'd be an odd glitch if it fixed itself when the user logged in and rrelinquished the property after some time.

my friend got an email 2 days before they demloished them they called them and resolved it before it happened but they were in their house that same day that they received the email and has played evry single day since beta. I hope that they resolve your issue and reall surprised that is wasnt actually a lot higher of this happening.
