Hey all,
Looking for a place to get antelope horns. Was killing the young antelope stags south of camp tranquil for about a half hour with no drops. Was I unlucky, or do they not drop them?
They are now used for lvl 20-ish blacksmith crafts (among other things I am sure), so I'm hoping they aren't a super rare drop or from a really high level mob.

You need to incapacitate them in order for them to drop horns.
Use the following weapon skills from the front: Concussive Blow II, Skull Sunder II, Shrieker
When you do enough damage to the horns, they will break, and you will have a chance to get antelope horns.
