I came across this Square Enix bundle. It says that I can REDEEM it for Windows (there is a key on the bottom of the picture). So like, I have the game on Steam, but if I donate to get this bundle, can I use the code to add 30 more days of gameplay, or is that just to redeem, as I am buying the game for the 1st time?

It is literally the game and free 30 days that comes with it (and non-Steam version at that).
If someone had a PS3/PS4 or Mac account (and doesn't have any kind of Windows account) then they could add it to their account and get the 30 free days as well as unlock playing it on the PC.
But for anyone who already has it on PC (either Steam or non-Steam) then you can't add this to the same account, only a new account.
Is there any chance to move the game, bought in humblebundle, in steam version? I have a desire to continue after the end of the subscription, and for Russia in steam is much cheaper monthly fee.
Nope also sorry, but you can't convert a Steam version to non-Steam and vice-versa :(
