Nevermind; initial timer was longer than the 6 hours subsequent devaluations take. As of noon, Midgardsormr's prices have gone down with their devaluation tick.

Jenova's plots haven't even opened yet because of a bug but we have the same timer. For us we still have 4 hours left. It stared at about 12 hours. Hopefully that gets fixed too.

Houses were available last night when I got home (9:30 PM local), and this morning at 6:15, the devaluation timer said 5:45 to next devaluation. In theory, that means a 12 hour period would have already expired. I guess I'll check again after noon, since I will know for sure a devaluation timer tick elapsed at that point.Quote:

We are hitting up on the hour mark close here soon. Jenova's all kinds of messed up right now with the housing. Some are hoping the deval timer will refresh it and make a boxing day miracle. Time will only tell, I suppose.

The Devaluation system doesn't even work and the price of the plots didn't go down even though it was set to reset at 10:00 MST for me. There's a damn bug that needs to be fixed, I wasted days of my precious time off to get this house and I can't even do that but people on other servers are happily enjoying theirs. Have the servers restarted to fix this issue, something of the sort.
