EXP relocation suggestion

I was wondering if it would be possible to have en option to relocate EXP from one job to another. The thing is I started training multiple crafting jobs since the old system wanted you to have secondary jobs to be able to craft higher level items. Since this system is no longer in effect half of my crafting jobs are going to just sit there never finished on a low level and it kind of bothers me a little, plus it seem like such a waste. With the option to drain all the EXP from a job I don't want to use any more and add it to one I use all the time would fix the problem the best way. Now I understand there might be several problems with this feature if it would ever be implemented. Maybe making it a paid option and making shore that the returning EXP will be somewhat decreased so that people wont level low level jobs and then add that EXP to their high level ones and other tricky things like that.
