I hate to say it, but the NQ version of the Hidemaster Apron has the same stats as the level 60 HQ chimerical felt doublet of crafting, which people can either easily make or buy from the marketboard for 100k-ish. It has +3 CP, but that is not worth 2.5m.
This is why I cry about the current state of crafting. It's HQ it or you have a piece of junk.
