How do you clear dated content?

After some 3 attempts this week to start a Bismarck EX group so I can get the TT card, I began to wonder how some people successfully get their parties off the ground for content that's been dated or otherwise mostly dead. I'm not exactly the best at advertising, yet I know I won't get things done waiting for someone else to start a party.

So, does anyone with experience know the best and quickest way to get a group together for content like Syrcus Tower, World of Darkness, tank mount farms, Bismarck Ex, Ravana Ex? Or if I decide to try to get mats from Hard mode primals?

Start or join a linkshell dedicated to things like that, allows for easier communication between players on when to start up a group.

I don't know about Goblin at all, but on my server we have Linkshells filled with people who still like running dated content, something like Bismarck EX wouldn't be considered dated IMO but do you use Party Finder? that's usually the best place to find people for various things, failing that, post a PF saying you're looking for a Old content LS, I'm sure there will be at least 1 out there.

Exactly as the others mentioned. You have to be proactive on your end if you want things done. So that involves creating FCs/LSs geared towards these things. The only problem with that is getting people to stay once they have what they desire since it would be no point for them to do so other than out of the 'goodness of their hearts.'

You can also obtain the Bismark TT card from Bismark (Hard). I received one card after helping one of my friends clear Bismark (Hard) for the first time.
