So this will be the new dungeon of 3.2, that will be part of MSQ
Something I notice is that for the first time ( I believe ), we dont know what is it or where could it. As far as I remember we knew the names of all the places that will become dungeons later, but this time it didnt happen.
The only thing I could connet this is with the Antitesis ( ANTItesis - ANTItower ).
Any guesses?
Yeah this one is leaving me scratching my head. The only thing we really know is it is part of the MSQ, which will be building to the conclusion of the Dragonsong War and its name will make sense when its explained.
Im wondering if it is where Nidhogg and his horde has gone. Perhaps he has some kind of endgame plan in mind involving the Antitower. I imagine the olive branches being offered between Ishgard and the other dragons is going to have seriously enraged him.
When I first heard the term I thought it was referring to a tower going downwards, rather than upwards. Then I considered antigravity, but floating isn't exactly something to name a tower after, we get it in other areas, like the Void Ark.
With nothing but a name that's never been in... well, anything ever (that I know of), there's no frame of reference for any sort of speculation on this "Antitower."
The only guess I could come up with is that it's a "tower" that goes down into the ground instead of up into the heavens, for what it's worth.
Im trying to consider all the moving parts we have in the story at the moment.
- They have hinted that the Dragonsong war will have its conclusion in 3.3 or 3.4.
- We know that we will learn more about the void this expansion.
- We know we will find out what Midgardsormr was guarding under Silvertear lake.
- We know the Garleans are active and building to an invasion.
- We know that Elidibus is up to something, pulling the WoD out now.
- We know the Dragons aren't native to the world.
Perhaps Nidhogg has knowledge of something ancient that due to his missing eye he lacked the power to utilise before. Now with both eyes intact, he plans to use something related to the deal Midgardsormr made when they came here.
I don't know. Im just throwing around thoughts at the moment. Im pretty sure that both the Garleans and the Ascians will become major players in the last couple of patches. Remember that prophecy thing from the letter from Yoshi P from Before the Fall?

Antitower sounds something that you'd find at Azys Lla. I'm sure Tiamat will somehow be involved in the finale. But if that Sephirot fight will be ongoing too... I have a bad feeling that the triple triad(lol) will wreck havoc to end the dragonsong war in a dramatic matter...
