Need help for my laptop

Hey guys, my laptop kinda weird when running this game lately. In some times my laptop could run above 30 fps even on crowds (I disable skill effect for other and party) and when I check my CPU graphic on task manager the graphic look like this.

But after I shutdown / restart the laptop and play this game again, it gives horrible fps like 15 or below when I derping on mist (It drops when I looking at house from below). After I check the CPU it look like this.

Anyone know what's the issue of this? Thank you.

My laptop's specs:
Nvidia GT 630M 2 GB
Intel i5-2450M 2.5 GHz
RAM 8 GB

Long shot, but you might want to check your power management profile. Could try setting it to max performance type settings instead of the balanced or power saving profiles. Forget the exact wording(on phone at work), but there is the master profile and then advanced settings that let you set power management for the processor and such individually.

Check for overheating and throttling back.
