I'm really not sure what you mean. I just came back to the game after a very long absence and noticed I was not interested in housing anymore.

Then you might as well let the 45 days expire and get 80% of the house's worth back in gil. Assuming you don't access it.

Or she could sell her house like I did. My small house, Ward 6, plot 22 on my server sold for 5 Eastern Cherry Trees that I sold for 2.5mil a piece.
