Can anyone give me a quick run down on what various foods might be of interest to me in level 60 stuff, and why? Maybe suggested quality and budget versions for each purpose or something.
However you see fit to recommend, really.

If you need accuracy, eat Grilled Sweetfish (or Urchin Loaf if you are rich).
If you need more skillspeed (important for WAR), eat Cockatrice Meatballs or Deep-Fried Okeanis.
If you want more DPS, eat Baked Pipira Pira (or Steamed Staff if you are rich).
Most tanks will not recommend eating parry food like Liver-Cheese Sandwich since that has fallen out of meta.
Thanks for the quick breakdown - very much what I was after.
... Liver-cheese sandwich sounds disgusting anyways. Yuck.
As something of a foodie, it's surprisingly good. Imagine bologna, except made with corned beef, pork, bacon and onions. Used to be made with liver, but that has sorta stopped with the modern variety.
On topic: Lulunami pretty much hit the stats on the head.
Our MT sometimes eats Kaiser Roll on progression content because it gives parry and crit, so it's tanky food with a dps stat.
Before purchasing raid food(hq), make sure your base stats can optimize all food bonuses.
I currently use hq bkd pipira, prior: hq flint caviar
Example: If your sitting at like 600crit hit rating, using HQ baked pipira pira (crit+5% cap37) is useless since you won't be gaining the full 37crit bonus as you would if your base rating was at 740.
