A3s static looking for permanent fell cleave position

The hardcore casuals are looking for an exceptional warrior to clear and then farm all of Alexander Savage and Thordan Extreme in 3.15 and all content to come in the upcoming months. Members of this static come prepared with pre read knowledge of the fight. We also all use optimized gear, food and pots for progression and it's expected that our OT will as well. We have also taken the time to build a complimentary job balance (this is the hardcore aspect of the static).

We raid two nights a week. Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7 - 9 PST is our normal raid schedule, but this changes depending on static member's schedules. This is where the "casual" aspect of our static comes into place. Most of us have real life obligations and can't free up the time to raid 5 days a week. Because of this, our group need to make the most out of raid time.

What we are looking for in a warrior is someone who can put out huge dps as an ot. Good raid awareness (and raw intuition. HA) is key in our static. We progress rather quickly, and need someone to keep up so we can quickly clear content with the little time that we have. We would like a member who is as engaged with the ffxiv culture and meta as we are. We expect you to be completely competent in your class. Looking up guides, reading up on any updated information regarding your class (and others if need be), and becoming proficient in these areas is key. We are also looking for someone who meshes with our group dynamic. Our static has a great flow and we always have a great time raiding with one another.
