I am sure this was already covered and my sincerest apologies. When I performed a search I found a broad spectrum of threads but not non that answered my question.
I have played the game on PC and PS3. I am currently looking to upgrade to a PS4 and will be purchasing the 3.0 expansion Heavansward. My Question is as follows; Is there a way to install Heavansward on my PS4 without purchasing a Realm Reborn seeing how I have had to purchase it twice already.
Also... Second part of my question; I seen many threads about having additional HHD drives... I am not a "big" gamer and to be honest I am only purchasing the PS4 for only this game and possibly one other game... do I need to worry about a HHD or will there be plenty of power, and space for what I need?

The upgrade campaign ended a long time ago, so you'd need yet another new copy. I believe you can probably get a bundle of ARR+HW though for just a bit more than what HW would cost by itself.
The PS4's hardware should be fine. Some people remove the hard drive and replace it with a solid state drive to reduce load times, but the upgrade is rather expensive for a modest performance boost. It's not really necessary for either speed or capacity (especially capacity as you'll have no issues there at all).
