Friends list not showing on one specific character.

Frequency: Every time since then

In-game time: I don’t know the exact date it started, as the log system for ffxiv doesn’t allow me to keep very up-to-date chat logs
Area and coordinates: N/R
Housing: Plot 2 ward 3 goblet
Steps:
1. Tried for 1 hour to give two of my friends housing permissions for my small house. For some reason, every time I tried to give them permissions, it showed no names but a single friends in the list. (I sadly can’t show you a screencap due to it being one of the rare times it shows my friends list normally in that menu. I will update with a picture when I can)
2. After many attempts, I went to my friends list and marked the two friends with I believe it was a star. Then I went to the groups part, and their name showed. I added them, removed them from the star group after, everything was good, I logged out.
3. Logging in the next day, my friends list was no longer working.
4: I gave it 2 days to see if it was just an off day. And discovered that not only was my fc members list working normally(80% of the time, 20% it was also glitching) Not only that, it is only affecting ONE of my characters, the others are having no issue whatsoever.
5: I contacted support via email, and tried the following things:
Connecting PC directly to the router/router directly to the wall.
Changing the DNS settings
Removing all my character Data
Before they told me to post this in the forums.
