I think it’s time for us to break up….

Because I feel like I love you way more than you love me. There is no one else; there is no other game I would rather play. My account runs out in June and by then I may already be gone.

I’ve gone to your events (Final Fantasy Fan Fest) and I’ve told all my friends how amazing you are (recruit a friend and stream on Twitch). I did everything 2.0-3.0 offered and enjoyed every minute of it.

3.0 has been a copy paste with several missteps that has me wonder if you really know me (Do you know your player base at all?) Things just aren’t as exciting as they used to be. I don’t know why certain features haven’t been already been addressed.

There are several things you can do to improve your game and still win back my heart. Start by listening to what I (we) have to say:

Glamour System Improvement:
My inventory is over following I’ve done all the content and hold on to as many weapons and armor as I could to glamour my character.

Currency and Key Items Tab:
Use these features more because my inventory is overflowing! Example would be the spoils from Diadem can go into the currency tab, normal Alexander tokens can go into the currency tab, primal tokens can go into the currency tab, relic quest items can go into the key items tab.

Bards:

Materia System:
There is so much to be desired. How cool would it be to have materia with special abilities or augment skills. Materia that give you back mana, or TP, or have minions to fight for you, do extra damage, refresh cool downs. I’m sure there are post about this but I cannot find one right now.

Expert Roulette:
I wish you would kept Neverreap and The Fractal Continuum in with Expert Roulette, and treat Duty Roulette: Expert like you are trying to make Duty Roulette: Level 60 Dungeons. I haven’t done Duty Roulette: Level 60 Dungeons ever.

Anima Relic:
Why do we have to do old content for this quest? This is a copy and paste of what we have already done.

I agree there should be some sort of grind if you aren’t raiding to get the most powerful weapon currently in the game and it shouldn’t be easy enough you get it in a week. With that said this first stage went overboard. You have us doing old content married with more of the same is super boring. I did those sylph quest and nothing on this earth will compel me to do them again. Of course there are other options, but I am going to flat our refuse to grind for this relic and this is coming from someone who did the zeta relic quest twice before the nerfs.

There are plenty of opinions currently about the Anima Relic, and I want to share CyrusBryant’s post. He is talking about the Anima Relic here, but he is onto something much larger about all your weapons (and gear) in this game. As it stands right now all your weapons and gear are replaceable.

Diadem:
Why did it have to be so hard for a FC to unlock HM. Seriously why? My FC still doesn’t have it and at this point I don’t even want to go. It should have been a simple talk to an NPC and bam it’s available.

I also encourage you to listen to other feedback from your community outside of the forums. Limit Break Radio I feel is 90% spot on with the feels and they have no reason to hold back. I’m sure it is hard to hear what some of us think about you, but it’s because we believe in you so damn much and know what you are capable of. However, at some point we just have to let go.

You'll be back.... they always come back lol!!! I'll still be here to welcome you back in 3.3 OP :P ... J/k but yeah, MMOs really don't change that much from expansion to expansion. They might add one or two new systems but usually it's the same stuff on a different continent. I think the airships and company workshops was this expansions big new system and unfortunately it really hasn't panned out that well. I'm not going to sugercoat it, it's really not that fun. Maybe they can make adjustments and I really hope they do for the next area of Airship Exploration because the way it stands now is pretty dull. It's just an area with respawning mobs that drop pink gear. Probably still better than garrisons tho lol :P I think Heavensward has been O/K, fairly mediocre but good enough for me to finish the expansion; mainly bacause the story is really good IMO. This might be my last expansion though as things are just getting very watered down for my taste. If 2.0 was bud light then 3.0 is michelob ultra lolz!!!! I'm not sure I want to see how babymode 4.0 can get. 4.0 they will be handing out relics like Blizzard hands out Ashbringers probably.
