We need house ownership conversion from personal to fc and vice versa

So one thing that really bugs me so you bought a house ages ago then you decide to start a fc but you have to buy a whole new plot and house to do so for the fc.

like even if you added some sort of ownership conversion once only personal house to fc conversion for say 20% of the plots price.

Cause really lets face facts personal houses tend to be bad investments in this as you cant do all the amazing things like add rooms add a workshop and all that to it that you can do if the house was owned by an fc.
