Gil, XP. Wasted XP assigned idea.

I have been asked to make a suggestion on my friend's part. I think it's a great one. When we're doing quests of any kind on a max level job, on some where you would get XP and some gil, the XP symbol it's just a 0 because of being maxed, why not have it give increased gil instead. And even quest's that give a max character XP, it just really goes to waste. Why can't we have an option for that XP to be assigned to a different class so it's not for nothing or yes, a gil option. Nothing crazy, but maybe like 5-20k. Might even hinder RMT's? I know it would be a nice change, but just wondering how it would actually work? :confused:
