Payment from another country

Hello,
I'm from Mexico and I started to play FFXIV almost a month ago. I bought the game in Steam and i choose as country USA cuz there was just Canada and USA as options.

I tried to pay my subscription for the first time today, but I'm asked to write my personal info as address and such. The problem is that I don't have a USA address. I thought choosing Steam Payment could be the option, but it still asks me to fill everything.

I would be really thankful if you know how to solve my problem.

Can you use Paypal? That might let you bypass it
