Static LF WAR and (possible) BLM/SMN for A3S (3rd Cascade+)

As the title implies, we're looking for a new WAR to continue A3S final phase progression, and to prepare ourselves for 3.2 progression (we've had some rough times with our roster, but we're looking into competing for server first on 3.2).

Requeriments:

• You will be required to know the in's and outs of your job, as well as responsible for keeping up to date on BiS lists, and research how to best maximize your damage output and how to best use your support abilities, and your synergy with everyone else on the group.
• Voice chat communication is required, HOWEVER exceptions can be made if necessary.

Things we DON'T want:

• Raid Loggers
• People that can't take criticism

As with all statics that have progression-minded goals, you're expected to handle criticism and any sort of discussions or conflicts in a calm and professional manner.

Schedule:

The schedule is subject to change, but not without everyone on the group agreeing to it. Currently the schedule is fairly lax due to being very late in the content cycle. Sometimes more time is given to see how members under trial perform and to solidify the group coordination. Current schedule: 10 PM EST to Midnight EST, Monday - Thursday.

3.2 Schedule is to be discussed by the group before the patch release, but we're hoping to get a few days off work and focus on newer content progression.
