Bug With Chatting

Hello! I am currently experiencing a highly annoying bug while chatting. When I type a message, I have to pause before hitting enter. If I don't, it won't submit the message, it'll act like I never hit enter at all.

Example:

"Heya, Linkshell! How are ya?" *pause* *hits enter*

If I don't:

"Heya, Linkshell! How are ya?" *hits enter and runs*
"Heya, Linkshell! How are ya?wwwwwwwwwwwwwww"

Keyboard: Wireless Logitech K260.

Is it my keyboard, or is it the game itself? Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Just a note: I have tried replacing the batteries in the keyboard, but it didn't work.

What do you mean by platform? Mac or PC? If so, I use a PC.
ISP? Local. Twin Lakes.
Type: DSL.
Speed: About 760 Mbps.
Date & Time: About the time I posted.
Frequency: Just about every time I tried to chat.
