More than ever, SE, switch Gravity and Combustion II

While I was doing the first dungeons for the new relic quest with my AST, I remembered all the frustration I had while I was leveling up.

The only AoE attack AST has up to lv50 is cross-class blizzard II, which has an astounding 50 atk (and that I don't even have in my hotbar, Aero>BlizzII). If we could only have Gravity...

Considering Gravity is lv52 and Combust II is Lv46, I don't see a reason to not switch it at all, IMO we could use Gravity in synced dungeons more than Combust II.

What you guys think?

For how well the healing abilities and utilities are structures, I never understood why we get Combust 2 before we get Gravity. Like, ever.
Then again, I never understood why PLD only got Circle of Scorn for AoE damage.

No AST AoE at 50 has always been an oddball. Then again, there is also Aspected Helios at level 42 versus White Mage getting Medica II at 50.

Circle of Scorn has a really low 25s cooldown though. Practically usable for every pull and several times in a pull, so that is pretty fair. Unfortunately many not-so-good Paladins don't use it enough.

But they can be both used at synced level 50 content. It's extremely annoying to do those contents as AST sometimes, because you can't DPS like WHM or SCH. Doing the level 50 roulette while leveling was so annoying that I simply ignored it.

Not sure why they won't let us have scaled down versions of the spells. Even if new players do not have access to the spells se could just scale down the spells strength.
