2. Finished quest "Duty, Honor, Country"
3. Left without accepting quest "A Matter of Tradition" (both are in the same room)
4. I could not re enter "Heart of the Sworn" (A NPC must teleport you into the room but will only let you as part of a quest)
5. Could you just teleport me in there for the love of god...
