5630129: Method in his Malice Quest Loop

Date/Time: 12/14 between 9PM and 10PM PST LOCAL TIME

Issue: Turned in 2 HQ Crafted items to complete the Zodiac Brave quest "Method in His Malice", which cost 400k to obtain, only to have the quest accept them, not provide the item and then start all over. I have now had to rerun this quest line again but i no longer can afford to continue.

Please help, i have been playing for 2 years now and have had this game glitch me out of hours of progress more times than I can count only to have FFXIV support fall short of customer expectations. I have been patient but if this is not resolvable, it may just be my last straw.

This may sound like whining, but i ask for you assistance and courteousy by handling this as a customer service issue, as I feel it should be.
