Recovery from Login Difficulties (Dec. 14, Dec. 15)

At the following time, we experienced technical difficulties where players may have had a difficult time logging into FINAL FANTASY XIV or were disconnected from the server.
In addition, players may have had difficulties logging into FINAL FANTASY XIV Forums, The Lodestone, and Mog Station as well.
