Macro recast

Hello I would like to know how did that my macro recast appears on the log team please thanks in advance.
/p CHECKING COOLDOWS
/wait 0
/recast Invincible

I haven't tried, but I think it would be:

/echo <recast.Invincible>

or

/echo CHECKING COOLDOWNS <recast.Invincible>

/p CHECKING COOLDOWNS
/p Hawk's Eye: <recast.Hawk's Eye>
/p Raging Strikes: <recast.Raging Strikes>
/p Blood For Blood: <recast.Blood for blood>
/p Internal Release: <recast.internal release>
/p Battle Voice: <recast.Battle Voice>

Do you want to announce them to your party or just see them for yourself? If you want others to see it, use /p but if you want them to appear just for yourself use /echo
