Flash is pretty much vital to keep the attention of a group of mobs, as far as I know. :)
You can stick to Overpower most of the time. Flash could be used as a backup once you're out of TP.

Overpower is your go-to group enmity ability, it's only drawback is it's a cone attack so you have to move everything in front of you. Flash is a circle AoE, and is very useful when surrounded and the DPS are going ham with AoE attacks like Fire II and whatnot. Flash's drawbacks for MRD/WAR is it causes no damage and generates less enmity because of it, and you have a very small MP pool with no way to recover it efficiently during battle without say a Bard, Machinist, or Astrologian supporting you with their respective abilities.
You'll figure out when it's best to use Flash or Overpower as you play, have fun!
Tomahawk, flash to get initial aggro. Don't use too much flash or overpower or you will run out of both mp and tp. Rotate your enmity combo among the group, always rotate the enmity combo. Never ever spam overpower :p.
Well I don't know about that.. overpower is usually worth the starvation(3 or more targets). Especially if you can Flash.
When you hit 60 you might opt out of flash for awareness/second wind, but that's up to your playstyle. Warrior starts getting fun at 50 and ashmazing at 60.
A typical pull for me is
I'm seen first, tomahawk largest threat as its father away, move to the right of the mobs, overpower, face the mobs away from group, overpower. Flash definitely helps in messy or aggro interfered pulls.
