2002 error when picking Worlds i dont even get to char select

I get a 2002 error that closes my game everytime after i click ok. It is where you pick one of the "lists of worlds" I have tried changing them and i keep getting the same problem.

I've been having this same issue as of today for the Hyperion server.

Getting this too. Log in, Heavensward Title Screen, hit 'Play' and I get stuck on "Connecting to Server..." for about 20secs before an error 2002 which logs me back out. It should be auto-connecting to Gilgamesh (on Aether). Have tried 5x with the same result in the last hour.

Surprised that this issue only seems to be affecting a few of us. :/

I'm having the same issue also I can't access Aether or my Alt on Primal :(

Unfortunately I'm on Remote Play at the moment, so I can't access these settings on my PS4. :/

UPDATE: As Gilgamesh, Faerie, Hyperion and Malboro are all NA Datacentre worlds, I tried logging to the EU Datacentre and it's fine.

Same problem. Balmung. Can't connect to Aether at all, don't even see the character login screen.

Started around 4:17am

I just made a new character and started again on a datacentre I could connect to. I mean I've only been using this one constantly since August 2010, so it's no biggie.

Same here - havent been able to connect to Aether or Primal Datacenters all morning, giving a 2002 error on trying to connect.

However, I CAN connect to the Chaos and Mana datacenters (EU and JP?) so presumably it's just some kind of routing issue to the login server on the US datacenters.

My friend can connect fine to Aether and is in Sweden. I'm in Britain on Virgin Media and can't - what country/ISP are people with who can't connect?

I'm on PC unfortunately so it isnt really relevant here. I'll have a poke at the Virgin Media forums themselves.
