Looking for friendly endgame FC

Hey everyone!

It is my first time playing an MMORPG. I decided to try the game solo, but found it was better with other friendly people. I also heard to get through the endgame content I need to join an endgame FC. Most of the FC I find are hardcore gamers.

I am in this game for the long haul, trying to do everything I can. Can someone mention some endgame FC that are not only hardcore gamers and that one that would help an MMORPG newbie?

I have a bard at level 60 and working on other random classes. I would like to eventually do the binding coils. I loving helping with dungeons and guild heists.
