Ps4 Reconnect Time

Hi.

This is a Thing which bugs me since i started playing this game.
I kinda ignored it all the time but it gets more and more annoying.
Which is:

When you get a disconnect, you cant log back in the game for a couple of minutes.
You always get the mesage "You're still logged in, please wait a moment."
Well, at least at Ps4. Sometimes it keeps me even 5 minutes in the Character Screen.

That isnt too much of a problem, but if you're in a Dungeon/Raid or PvP Area you get most of the time voted out of the Group, even if you spend already 20 Minutes in there.
And you have to start all over again. Everytime.

It punishes you so much for having a disconnect.
My Internet connection usually is right back after less than 10 seconds,
so why the game have to keep me from getting right back, to avoid outvotes?
Instead i have to stare at my Character.

Why does this relog-process have to be so annyoing?
Its not like a normal thing, in no other MMO-Game it takes you that much time to rejoin the game.
Dont get me wrong, I love this game but....why?
