AS4 progression static LF War OT

Our off-tank is moving to a sub position as he isn't able to maintain a set schedule, so we're looking for someone who is able to make the times as well as occasionally be flexible during the week.

Our raid times are M/T/W 6:30 - 9:00pm pst.

The members of our group are very chill, but we are looking for someone who is punctual, respectable, focused, forward, open to critique and is always striving for self improvement. The most important requirement is an AS3 kill as we do not want to commit any more time to teaching a player from scratch. Dishing out the big deeps is a big plus as well.
