I hate using forums. It is a poor excuse for any technical support or customer service.
I don't know the template for reporting a bug or even where to report a bug and have no faith anyone will see this. How do I get to non-comatose customer service staff?
Red scrips are stuck and don't reset on a weekly basis. The ingame support just sends me a spam saying that I need to use the forums. It's frustrating. :(

Red scrips don't ever reset, not on a Thursday or any day.
You should probably put how long this has been going on. If you just started grinding them are you sure you didn't actually start right after a reset? That would make it seem as though it's been longer than normal.
I started 3 weeks ago. I thought maybe in week 2, I was just impatient, but I traced back and email when I first started, and it was 3 weeks ago.

Have you spent them? If you are capped you aren't going to get anymore lol, and it's a fairly low cap. I know it's stupid but just checking lol

For Crafters' Scrips, I have a total of 472/500. This week it says 450/450, and it has been that way for 2 1/2 weeks.
I am assuming that I can only carry 500 at a time. I'm also assuming that weekly, the limit of 450 goes back down to zero, so when it says 'this week', it shows scrips earned in the past 7 days. So, it should say 0/450 now, but the 450/450 never, ever, clears.
I'm saving scrips up so that I can get 480 and buy a soul of the crafter. This will make up for the horrible mistake of choosing an alchemist as a specialist.
Does Square Ennix not have any technical support or customer service? I'm happy for peer help, in fact, I'm just happy anyone cares, but I think this is a game bug.

This is a strange suggestion but have you tried turning in something just to check it's not a display bug. There's things now that you can turn in for 5 scrips so you don't turn in anything really valuable.
It may give the system a jump start. Hope you get it sorted.
