I was with my free company members looking for possible house for our free company. In hopes because 45 days would be up soon to visit inactive housing.

There is multiple free companies without housing and we have players buying multiple houses to themselves.
AND do you know what was inside of that.. ''second house'' ?
There was only: 1 rug and 3 npcs.

What do other players think about this topic? Personally I think one house / server should be more than enough. .__.

I think most players have a consensus that such behavior is pretty greedy. Players who don't have a house hate it, but people who own two houses don't actually care. This is something SE Should have fixed a long time ago.

I don't honestly know why, as limited as we are on housing in this game, our accounts aren't limited to a total of two houses per server; FC house, and personal (whether owner or tenant). No one needs access to anymore than that regardless how many characters they have on a server. If they have multiple alts on one server they should be able to make all those alts tenants in a single personal house so they can access it from any character on the server so that more houses can be made available to more players. Just my thoughts anyway.

Also, sorry to double post (I'm on my phone using the mobile version with no edit button D:) but there really should also be a limit as to how few members an FC can have before being ineligible for housing. There's no reason an FC of only one or two players at most would even need a house when personal housing exists. It only allows players to essentially have two personal houses on the same character when plenty of real fc's out there would love to be able to take part in some of the gameplay options that are locked behind housing.

Only good reason to have an extra house is gardening. One thing that would make a personal house nothing more then a glamour is if SE would give us gardening in a different way. Like in an inn room or something. Lessen the demand perhaps.

I agree we could certainly use more plots in our garden. Its for that reason alone I want to get a second house on my alt. Gardening is certainly a lot of fun.

Would also be nice if we had some sort of planting pots for personal housing and FC rooms. Wouldn't help those in fc's with no housing but might keep some from feeling the need to buy multiple houses just for gardening.

And if a FC of only two members can manage to save the money and rank up a company to rank 6 all alone, they deserve a house as much as anyone. The problem lies with SE allowing for players to have too many houses per server and not nearly enough housing for every single player on every single server. There have been many suggested solutions, all of them viable, and yet SE refuses to fix the problem. Punishing players who haven't done anything wrong isn't going to fix it.Quote:
