Level 15 Pugilist quest battle

My main character is stuck. i cannot log into the game with her anymore.

I was on my way to do the story battle for the level 15 pugilist story line and as i was about to enter the instance i hit a black screen and even after 10 mins of waiting i am still unable to log in.

when i enter the log in area my character doesn't show like normal but all my other characters do. and when i attempt to log in. it shows the world map in the background and shortly after tells me "World data could not be obtained, please try logging in later. error 1016"
