Hey all,
Like you, I'm hoping to actually buy a house one day. I heard there were some empty plots on Goblin, so I ran a mule and found some mediums and a large for sale. The mediums were 12-25 mil, and I think the large was 35 mil or so. I can't afford that, so I was wondering, are there any other servers with open plots left? In particular, are there any smalls left and how much do those run?

Smalls generally run for somewhere in the 5 million ball park. How many are available I do not know.
I'm assuming dead servers will have their plots open by evacuation day, considering my server had less than 40% occupancy at the start of the year before people started hoarding :)
There's most likely no more empty houses left in any servers.
Until Christmas morning when the Grinch will come and steal people's houses.
When the first -no login for x days- auto boot starts kicking in, I imagine some houses will pop up for sale but also check PF for people selling.
As of tonight there are three mediums and a large up for sale on Mateus. I have seen some smalls but they sold pretty fast and there are none at the moment. The ballpark prices for houses on our server are:
Smalls: 2.5 Mil
Medium: 12-15 Mil
Large 25+ Mil
These numbers are just from what I remember while I was house searching myself.
There's no empty plots on Siren, but I know about 4 small houses in my ward/subdivision alone that are absolutely sure to open up by christmas. I've not cataloged any other area though.
