Create a Game Feedback and Suggestion section in the forums

It might be a good idea to create a dedicated spot to post ideas, suggestions and feedback about the game and classes etc. rather than having us clog up the sections dedicated to feedback for the website or interfering with the other topics in the general discussion section.
