Freezes when teleporting on PS4 after newest patch

Ever since the new patch from earlier this week, the game occasionally freezes when I use the teleport ability. It seems to happen most often when teleporting to places in The Shroud. I don't get booted to the title screen or to the PS4 menu, it just gets stuck at the loading screen.

Same. Sometimes happens just logging into the game itself as well, but still having teleport issues.

Same here, doesn't have to be teleport, will just freeze randomly just because.
