This should already be a known and documented bug as it's experienced by a ton of users of these graphics cards whose drivers have a conflict with the DX11 client.
Perhaps everyone is just waiting for AMD to fix their drivers, but it seems like that isn't going to happen. Surely there is something that can be done about it on the game client side then? 6 months is too long to go unfixed.
